"Let's Sizzle It" is a brand owned and registered under the partnership firm F&D Growth Company which owns and operates the restaurant in Maharashtra, India.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Service.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns. All orders placed are final and cannot be returned once they have been prepared or delivered. Our team ensures all orders meet quality standards before dispatching.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been prepared, we will provide a full refund. If preparation has begun or the order is out for delivery, a refund will not be possible.
In the rare event your order contains incorrect or missing items, please notify us within 30 minutes of receiving delivery. Our team will investigate and may replace the item(s) or issue a partial/full refund.
If you encounter a quality issue, please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence. Quality-related claims must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving delivery.
The laws of Maharashtra, India shall govern these Terms. Disputes will be referred to Mumbai court jurisdiction for resolution and/or arbitration.
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect.
